Glopatch includes both vitamins D and K (D3/K2), as well as Magnesium.

Unfortunatley, the patches are not waterproof and will not be effective once exposed to water. 

Each patch contains the expiry date on the sheet inside. Shelf-life is 2 year if stored correctly.
